a note from the founders

We kept the system of record by hand before we wrote software to do it.

Years inside ops orgs, and the same hour every week went to the same thing: moving numbers into the system everyone downstream trusts. Re-keying the tracker into the ERP. Filing the contract that landed in finance@. Matching the bank line to the invoice. Nobody's title said data entry. Everybody did data entry.

The procedure was never the missing piece. There was a doc, and the doc was right. What was missing was anything that could execute it and then prove what it had done. So the work stayed manual, and every sign-off downstream was a leap of faith about work nobody could check.

So we built the thing that runs the doc. It reads the sources your procedure already names, proposes each change alongside the cell and the document it came from, and stops when it isn't sure. It writes nothing it can't defend. The run log matters as much as the run.

We deploy it ourselves, inside your infrastructure, one SOP at a time. For the first batch of customers we sit with your team, learn the procedure as it's actually run, and compile it with you. Not because it has to work that way. Because the customer after you gets a sharper product for it.

If you have a procedure everyone dreads and nobody can skip, talk to us. We'll show up to the call having read it.

Show us the procedure. We'll show you the run log.

One call. One SOP. We come back with it compiled against your systems, running read-only.
